purplesPurple is traditionally a colour of power and royalty, which is said to date back to Roman times when it was incredibly expensive to produce and only the most rich and powerful had any hope of wearing it.
There are many shades of purple, from pale violet to deep aubergine, and they all work well within the home. Have fun playing with colour combinations that grab you - take a cue from royalty and try gold and purple, be brave and do lime and purple or orange and purple (all in the Bolt of Cloth logo!) or for more sophistication take a look at aubergine and silver.
