General Wallpaper info

Paper based Wallpapers (non vinyl) the paper becomes "soft" when wet with wallpaper adhesive so care is required when preparing and mounting them. Once they are up and dry the are wipeable with a clean damp cloth or sponge but do not rub excessively or spot clean. A mild soap or detergent may be used.

Hand printed papers wallpapers will have some natural variation in the screening, it is the nature of the product. A customer order will come from one production batch for consistency but please check each roll upon receipt. If your are not satisfied with the quality of the wallpaper or differences between the role contact us prior to cutting or staring to install. We will not accept liability once the product is cut, has been treated or is on the wall.

There is no replacement for experience for calculating how many roles of wallpaper you require and mounting them. If you can we recommend the use of a qualified and experienced wallpaper tradesperson. If you encounter any problems during hanging stop immediately and contact us. We cannot accept liability for rehanging costs after the first roll.
