Shipping and Delivery1. Packing and handlingAll products are nicely wrapped and packed in waterproof packaging material. We want to make it a pleasure for you to open your parcel. Our goal is to pack all orders on the day on which they are received (excluding Sundays). Custom specific product generally need a make ready time of 5 working days before they are shipped.
2. Shipping within New ZealandWe ship all orders over NZD 100.- for free to your door. For smaller orders a standard charge of NZD 5.- applies as a contribution to handling and freight (exceptions see below). This is regardless of the final destination in mainland New Zealand and includes delivery to rural delivery numbers. Parcels will be delivered within 1 to 3 weekdays of leaving our workroom, depending on your location in New Zealand. In addition to the shipping time please allow 1 working day for stock items and generally 5 working days for common custom designs to be ready for shipment. So you can expect the product arriving at your door in 2-4 working days (for stock items) or 6-9 working days (for custom designs) from the time you placed the order. You will recieve an email notification as soon as we ship the product. If you have not received your order within 3 working days hereafter please contact us and we will follow up on the status of your delivery. Exceptions: (please enquire for shipping cost quote) - for shipping of Roman Blinds wider than 2.4m please enquire for a specific quote - For few selected items a maximum order quantity per order placed applies (e.g. cushion inners without fabric). - for deliveries of Waiheke & Great Barrier Island an additional charge of $9.- applies - for deliveries to the Chatham Island please enquire for a individual quote -> click here to see instructions how to order with customer specific shipping cost
3. Shipping to AustraliaWe ship all orders over NZD 100.- for free to your door. For smaller orders a standard charge of NZD 5.- applies as a contribution to handling and freight (exceptions see below). We use the Air freight service of New Zealand Post. Parcels can be expected to arrive within 3-10 working days of leaving our workroom. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. You may inquire cost for courier delivery (2-6 working days) if you are in a hurry. In addition to the shipping time above please allow 1 working day for stock items and generally 5 working days for common custom designs to be ready for shipment. Please note that customs regulations and other border requirements vary from country to country and are outside our control. You are responsible for complying with Customs Requirements and checking and paying any country specific import charges (VAT,GST, etc.) if required. For all exports our prices are incl. 0% GST and no refund can be requested. Exceptions: Products we generally do not ship to Australia are: Blinds over 0.85m, lining or cushion inners without fabric
4. Worldwide shippingWe deliver most (*1) products anywhere in the world using the Air freight service of New Zealand Post. Parcels to the destinations listed below can be expected to arrive within 3-10 working days of leaving our workroom. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. You may inquire cost for courier delivery (2-6 working days) if you are in a hurry. In addition to the shipping time above please allow 1 working day for stock items and generally 5 working days for common custom designs to be ready for shipment. For all countries listed below you will automatically see the shipping cost for your order in your shopping chart. For your information find below the minimum and maximum shipping & handling cost per order for selected countries. Please note that customs regulations and other border requirements vary from country to country and are outside our control. You are responsible for complying with Customs Requirements and checking and paying any country specific import charges (VAT,GST, etc.) if required. For all exports our prices are incl. 0% GST and no refund can be requested. *1) Products we generally do not ship abroad are: Lampshades, Cushion Inners, Lining, Blinds and Curtains. 5. TrackingWe use couriers for all our New Zealand deliveries. Every parcel is automatically tracked. If you would like to know the status of your delivery, email us for your tracking number and you can follow its progress to your door.
6. InsuranceAll our deliveries within New Zealand are covered by the standard insurance of the courier company. If you have special insurance requirements please inform us upfront so we can quote you accordingly. Please note that the risk of loss or damage to parcels shifts to the purchaser once the package is accepted by the post office/courier. |
