Return PolicyWe want you to feel great about your purchases from Bolt of Cloth. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you may return it for a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. If you intend to return an item, please email us at info@boltofcloth.com or call us on 03 341 5070 so we can discuss next steps. If a return is required as a result of our mishandling, we will cover postage but only by prior agreement, so please get in touch before you return the goods. We can only provide refunds on fabric if it is returned in the same condition as it was in when it was sent to you. We are unable to offer returns on sale items, products ordered on your behalf or any custom made items. |
